data tarnsfer from excel sheet to SO document

Hi gurus.

have a requirment to transfer the data from excel sheet to order type OR.

We wil be getting data of Material, qty, Ship to party (SH), Price, Discount %,.

Since above factors for particular SP keeps on changiing we are not able to maintina master records.

SP wills send us the excel sheet which conatins minimum of 50 materials with atleast 10 different SH.

Can anyone tell me how i have to go about for transfer if any relevant notes Number available please provide.

use lmw and in attributes select standard in put/ direct input

in that again yiu can choose sales doc update

as per ur query

as u have above requirements.. i am sure there must be order date too.. so map with date,sp,sh,qty,mat if evrthing is matching the same then its ur duplicate entry.. there should be gud abap program to chk these validations, u can also refer to abap forum for some help.. a bdc program might also do it for u
