How to set "Subject" items in Normal Correction or Urgent Correction

In transaction type "Change Request" of Change Management, there are several items in field "Subject" that user can select. As I know, we can set the item in catalog "IB" of IMG.

Is it possible to set "Subject" field for transaction type "Normal Correction" (which is empty as default), or even customized transaction type?

Very Much Possible

The items that you see come from Subject profile attached to the transaction type,

The IMG path to access it is :

SPRO->SAP solution manger-> Scenario specfic settigns->service desk-> general Settings-> Define Transaction type .

Here you selct your transacrtion type. Then Slect the Business Cateory as serivce process.

On the left there is option called Customizing header-> double click, there you find the Subject Profile. YOu have to attach your Z subbject profile there.

The subject profile has CATALOG which in turn has code group which in turn has code group profile which in turn has codes.

You need to change/add this codes to be visible in Transactionn type under subject.
