Could anybody can give me some idea to configure Rebate Condition ; for example,
If "Customer Group A" purchase goods from our company (Customer Group A consist of many customer member; however, when we do rebate we will return money back to only head office of "Customer Group A")
Rebate condition are
0$ -1,000,000$ will get rebate 1%
1,000,000$ - More will get rebate 2%
Thus, if this group has "Net Sales" equal 1,500,000$. They will get
0$ - 1,000,000$ = 1,000$ (1%)
1,000,000$ - More = 1,000$ (2%)
Thus; Total rebate = 2,000$
My Question is
1) I don't have idea whether I should use "Customer Group" or "Customer Hierarchy" for grouping customers and get a result showing as a rebate condition.
2) I can configure this kind of condition; in case of an individual customer. But for a group of customers, I still have no idea to make it done in only a rebate condition. Can someone send me the "Screen Shot" in the way how to configure it"
