Someone knows a function module to obtain all the business partners belonging to an organizational unit?

Try FM RH_STRUC_GET.

Pass S FOR OTYPE and DISPO_BP for wegid

Hi,

BP belonging to Org unit should mean Employees.

FM = BBP_ORGUNIT_GET_EMPLOYEES would helpyou.
