Dear friends,
<b> How to add a new field to the script with out changing the standard</b><b> program</b>. pls give me step by step procedure.
To add additional fileds without modifying the driver program you can sue external sub-routines inside your form. Follow the below wxample.
Ex:Go through this example
INSIDE FORM
/: PERFORM <Subroutine name> IN PROGRAM <subroutine prog name>
/:USING &<field name>&
/:CHANGING &<field name1&
/:ENDPERFORM
Goto SE38, Then create subroutine pool program and you have to write the code.
FORM ><subroutine name> tables int_cond structure itcsy
outt_cond structure itcsy.
data : value(20), value1(20). "do your own declarations
Read int_cond table index 1.
value = int_cond-value.
value1 = value1 + value.
Read outt_cond table index 1.
outt_cond-value = value1.
Modify outt_cond index 1.
ENDFORM.
Just rough idea given above.

SaiRam

Hi
Using the PERFORM SUBROUTINES you can call the extra fields info into the script and print them
see the sample code and do accordingly

for this use external subroutines.
copy the standard script.
define the variale in text editor of the window in which you want to add new field and make it space..
write the perform <name of subrout> in <progname> using <va1>
changing<va2>.
here changing parameter is new field (va2).
in se38.
program type is subroutine pool.
write the code.
form <form name> using <va1> type itcsy
<va2> type itcsy.
itcsy is a structure contains 2 fields name and value
write the logic for populating <va2> by reading <va1> and after that Modify the <va2> value.
<b>if helpful reward points.</b>
