Claims in Project System

Hi,

Please throw light on the following issues regarding claims management in PS:-

1. Can we have more than one internal order types for claims apart from SAP given internal order type 'CL01'?

2. Can we have external number range for the internal order type for claims? I tried to create one notification for claims in Project Sytem after giving external number range to SAP given internal order type 'CL01'. The system gave me error that "Enter Order Number". But I couldn't find any field to enter the internal order number.

3. Is the SAP given internal order type "CL01' is already there in the server or it is generated by activating BADI? If created, please throw light on the process as how it is created?

point wise answers to your query are:

1. yes, you can.

2.No, you cannot have external number range for internal order types of claim.

3. CL01 is already there in the server.

As, you said we can have more than one internal order type for claims. How will that internal order type will be attached to the notification type? Please tell me the configuration path to assign internal order to notification type.

Can you please also tell me is there any document on claims for PS.
