Hi,

In Material Master,we enter Material Inhouse Production time without base quantity.Then duing availability check in sales order,system consider same time to give delivery date without refering order quantity.So it will be wrong date as it does not consider base quantity.So what you will do to get exact delivey date to all qty in sales order.

Hi

I feel this happen based on the following date:

1. Material Master data: MRP 2 tab: Scheduling, Based on the following: In-house production days; Planned delivery time; GR Processing time.

2. Sales Document: VOV8, eg: select the sale document OR, go to Requested delivery date tab: Lead time in days.

Based on this two dates, In sales order the date is triggered. Kindly check the following setting, to avoid the incorrect date at sale orders.

Hi Prasanna,

Date calculation i.e from MRPII and in vov8, which have given is ok.But my dout is these times (i.e Planned delivery time; GR Processing time) are not based on quantity i.e for how much quantity this time will required.And our sales order has some quantity i.e say 10,then for order quantity 10 system will give same delivery date and same delivery date system will give if order quantity is 5.so on what basis we should give this times.

Hi

When ever Do the availability run at sales order, it will ask whether the order can be delivered partially or completely.

so select the tab complete delivery, so that when ever the material is not available fully, it confirmed the full quantity at furthur date.
