material quantity difference

Hi ,

After checking in MMBE stock overview amtaerial 59 in count , When i am tyring to execute a sales order with a material quantity of 50 it is only picking 42. where can i get the updated material count?

it means 17 units were already reserved for some other delivery. you can find the detailed information in MMBE itself. Once you find the stock in MMBE > double on the plant stock, you will find how much of stock is coming in, in STO's, scheduled for delivery, reservation etc.

But after all this inward and outward movements you cannot find the net stock.

MMBE updates the stock only after PGI. Before that you can see the stock but it would have been allocated already for some other order or delivery.

Hi

Go to MMBE transaction and double click on the unrestricted stock (59 in ur case)

A pop up comes, where you can find the sales orders and schedule for delivery fields...you can check the stock booked for already existing sales orders...

Yours is make to stock scenario, so the stock is not displayed infront of the sales order.

As there are already sales orders existing for this material,the goods are reserved for these orders, so system is not allowing to dispatch the entire 59 quantity...
