error in outbound delievery

hi folks,

when i was doing an outbound delievery after the creation of sales order (va01), i am getting the following error,

NO SCHEDULE ITEMS DUE FOR DELIEVERY UPTO THE SELECTED DATA.

can anybody help me out please.

Hi,

Check item schedline data for the order if material are not confirmed based on u r requested delivery date then system creates another schedule line as and when the stock are available. So you need to create the delivery based on that date.

hai,

The delivery can be processed if the material is available in the delivery creation date. if not u cant process the delivery.

goto VA02 and go to schedule line details.There enter the date on which u want to make delivey.Then save the document.(NOTE: If you dont have stock for the material on the specified date,Then you will see an error in the sales order. To solve that u have to stock the material)

Now do the delivery .the problem will be solved

Hi,

Schedule line is basically the division of a line item with respect to the delivery quantity and the delivery date. When you create a sales order then for the line item the system determines a delivery date if the stock is available. If out of the order qty if even a single qty is available then the system determines a schedule line for that single qty.

In VA02 when you double click on the line item and go to schedule lines then you will see there for that line item the confirmed qty. Do one thing for the line item go to MB1C and create the stock. Go to VA02 again, double click on the line item, go to schedule lines and run the availability check and save it.

Now go to VL01N and create the delivery. Your problem will be solved.

Please check the schedule line for the delivery date and change the date accordingly in the delivery document(VL01N).

hi,

check this, whiel u r getting outbound delivery.

1. while u r creating the sales order, kindly see the material availability date or transportation planning date.

2. while u r creating the delivery the selection date should be equal to ur material availability date or transportation planning date.

3. if maintained already, see this whether you have picked the quantity under picking tab in the delivery document.

4. if you donot maintain the stock under MB1c - ur material availability date will not be displayed in the sales order.

5. if there is incompletion in the sales order like without determine pricing or any thing, that error will throw while u r doing the PGI.

if you check those, definetely the error what u r getting will not pop up again.

hi

goto VA02 and then to schedule lines see the schedule line date and do VL01n on the sames date as it is in schedule line data u can do delivery

Hi

Go to the change mode of the sales order and go to the schedule lines tab.

click on the shipping push button at the bottom of the screen...you can find the delivery scheduling mentioned....

Enter the date of the material available date in the selection date of the delivery and create a delivery.

If still it is not allowing then check the stock of the material in MMBE tcode.
