error in IDOC

Hello,

While I am sending IDOC from R/3 using WE19 I am getting Error...

IDoc 0000000000690893 was saved but cannot or should not be sent

How to Solve it.

Hi,

Since u r telling IDoc was saved , open the IDoc and see the Status & Control Recoed info.

1) Check the Recipient & Sender Info under Partner tab.

2) After that check whether partner profiles settings (whether outbound parmeters have the IDoc mag type and should be attcahed to the correct Partner Type)

3) Check whether Correct recipient Port is attached to the Msg Type maintained In Outbound parameters.

Can u tell the status of the IDOC after sending it.

If there is some problem in the partner profile configuration can u chek wether all the ports are up and running file.

hi,

check wether u have given the correct basic type,message type of idoc in we20

also while giving control records for idoc in we19....see wether u have given the following details....

for sender u hav to give details of Port,Parter no u created in XI,

for receiver give details of port,partner no created in R/3 system(from where u sending Idoc)

Hi,

In "we19", after inserting the idoc number and clicking on the header of the idoc, don't forget to insert the partner types on both sides.

Give all the necessary parameter values to send idoc in we19.
