Get Materail document for a PO Line item

Hi folks,

HOw can I get a materail document(MSEG-MBLNR) for a PO(EBELN and EBELP)?

Any table apart from MSEG? Using MSEG causes performance Issue as its a huge table.

Helpful suggestions will be rewarded.
