Hey,

This is so simple.

U can open ur Webservices proespective in NWDS.in right side bottom u can find Webservice Navigator Editor.

There u can find ADS webservice.

Double click and ---test optionshould shown --click and give the username and pwd then it wiill gives response that means it is working other wise it has some problem.

Thanks,

Go to the index.html page via link http://<server hostname>:<port>/index.html

Select the <b>System Information</b> link

Choose <b>'all components'</b> in the Software Components section.

and check if <b>Adobe DocumentServices</b> is listed in the Development Components table.

If the entry is not there, which means that ADS is not installed on the WAS.

Hi Pradeep,

Please find the ADS configuration guide

<a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/95/5a08cd0e274a0bae559622d6670722/frameset.htm">http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/95/5a08cd0e274a0bae559622d6670722/frameset.htm</a>

Even if u r using remote server,u can ads configuration in wsnavigator;

1. Enter the following URL in your Web browser: http://<server>:<port>/AdobeDocumentServices/Config where <server> is the name of the J2EE engine where the Adobe document services are installed, and <port> is the port of the J2EE engine.

Note that the entries in the URL are case-sensitive.

2. The Web page of the Web service AdobeDocumentServices is displayed. Choose Test.

3. Choose rpdata(test.…).

4. Choose the Send button without entering any parameters.

5. Enter the user name and password provided in the previous configuration steps.

6. Choose Submit.

If the configuration is correct, the system displays the version number of the Adobe document services in the response area.

You can ignore the message Required stream: "PDFDocument" not found.

If the configuration is not correct, the page does not change and Submit remains on the screen.

Sumit
