How to suppress System & Help links on ITS screen

Hi All,

We have a customized time entry application using ITS which was built based on CATW transaction. In some of the screens System & Help hyperlinks are coming. The user asked me if i can suppress them from the webpage. I know that these are system default. Is there any way to remove them from the HTML templates?
