Reorder point e-mails

Hi

We have implemented a very basic version of reorder point planning. Now whenever a sales order makes a material go below its reorder point, an e-mail is automatically sent to one of our generic e-mail boxes with the subject "Reordering of product id xxxxx is needed" and the details in the body text of the e-mail.

I think the "sent to" address is the e-mail address maintained in the user's own data. Certainly when I check the configuration for MRP controllers, we have maintained no recipients at all. I am confused. Is there any way we can turn this functionality off?

Hi,

It is not possible inStandard SAP. Might you can do it through Business Workflow.
