HI Experts

Pl let me know System lock &database locks.why system lock&database locks will create and how analysis the problems.which type of system lock&database locks problems arrived every time. pl explain explain more than two or three examples recently u face system locks&database locks and solutions how u resolved that problems

i dont think any body will have problem due to system lock and DB locks if at all problem occur that can lead to dead lock only

system lock are locks obtained at application level which you can moniter in Sm12 t-code this enable a SAP to commit a transation if all the sub task are commited else whole transation is rolled back

each task will obtain a db lock (cam be monitered at db01)and commits the statment
