User email address not updated

Hi,

i updated the email address of a user through UME.

This got updated in user details nusiness card.

Howevevr when i search for the user in TREX an HTML file is thrown

up which still shows the old email address.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Did the TREX ran since you changed the e-mail address ?

This is obivious, but TREX is not a tool that is continuously running ...

Check the status of your index Queue.

It might require indexing twice or thrice to get these results.
