Hi Guys,
MS Outlook is (one of the most) everytime-running application on our endusers desktop. A lot of our users "don´t like to work within the portal - for different reasons" - so our question is, is it possible to integrate content from KM into Outlook?
As far as i know, is this integration of "Knowledge Content" realized with Outlook2007 and MS Sharepoint.
For us it would be a great step forward in "People Integration" and "Portal acceptance" if we bring the portal to the people and not the other way round.
Any ideas?
Regards Frank
Hi Frank,
There is a possibility to display a WebPage in your Outlook. See the MS Article
This is the way you should work, as the EP is "just" a web page.
With SSO and Quicklinks you should be able to grant access to users thru Outlook very tranparently.
Do not hesitate to consider rewarding points for helpfull answers.
Hope this Help
Vincent
