personalized mail forms in portal

hi gurus,

May i know what's the path to view my personalzed mail forms in the pcui/portal? Is it under the Channels tab? and how do i personalize the forms in pcui/portal?

Hi,

Use SE80 Transaction, by using BSP Application ,Pages with Flow Logic , Select_old.htm right click on it and double click on TEST enter user name and pass word and select CRMD_MKT_EMAIL, Mail Forms it takes you to PCI screen for mail forms in PCI. Hope this may be useful.

hi ,

i need to demo this to the customer, so do you know how i can do this inside the portal? I mean, which tab is it under, what are the steps I need to do to get to the personalized forms and then to the screen where i can let them personalize the mail on their own later?
