Workflow stops working..VERY URGENT

hello All,

Our ALL WORKFLOW stops working how it happens not knowing can you please let me know where to look for the same.

it ws working fine upto yesterday. ITS VERY URGENT...PLEASE LET ME KNOW

Not really nothing has been done...

no upgrade / patch implementation.

whats happening is the shopping cart/ PO not finding agent. In approval overview its showing no agent but in actual it should have agents.

Did you check in SWI1 and also the PPOMA_BBP ?

Please alos chekc the users (agents) through users_gen

Hi,

In SWI1 the status is completed with Budget warning message and sub workflow Budget exceeding message for the task TS93100002. it not showing any task regarding the shopping cart or PO.

can you plese inform what i need rto check in the PPOMA_BBP and users_gen.

Our Dev and UAT is working fine and PRD is not working.if i compare both the system in SWU3 there is some change as below

in DEV the Schedule Background Job for Event Queue

and Schedule background job for clearing report

are marked with green and in PRD it is red.

is this related to our issue..

Hi,

Please investigate why your jobs are in red status.

Do you have any dumps in transaction ST22 ?

Please check users with transaction USERS_GEN to verify that all have green lights.

hi there..

The users-gen program is fine and all have green light except RFC_user in Object link. i am not sure whethe its related to our.

yaa but in ST22 there is dump CALL_FUNCTION_OPEN_ERROR

Hi,

Please check your RFC connection in transaction SM59.

Please ask basis guy if password for RFC user is the same in SRM and ECC or R/3 ! Maybe they chage the password in one system ?

Rupesh,

Please check if password is changed for WF-BATCH user or check the validity of it and also check if it is locked and execute Automatic Workflow Customizing task SWU3

Hi there we got message from SAP as follows

<i>All V2 updates in your

system hangs with status init. We from SRM cannot resolve this

issue. As SRM Workflow System works fine , please confirm this ticket

and create a new one and put it on the queue BC-CST-UP with

prio very high as well.</i>

Just tell to the experts of that component that you got entries in

SM13 with V2 updates and Status Init since 2 days.

any one can please let me know what might be the reason for happening the same..as i am not geeting...is SM13 transaction can hamper the system so badly???

Hi,

also check sm21 to see if tablespaces are full, or check here for other strange things which could cause the workflows not working properly.
