Hi Venky,

I am thinking that IC WebClient is functionality of CRM, then you must find more documentations in the CRM library For use IC WebClient and the Service Desk together in the Solution Manager you can configure this from TX SPRO -> SAP Referense IMG -> SAP Solution Manager -> Configuration -> Scenario-Specific Settings -> Service Desk -> IC Web Client.
