Hello All,
We are using SRM-IMS system to process vendor invoice. We are forwarding our exceptions to vendor through IMS. Vendors are receiving the same.
My Problem is when are they submitting the PDF form with the comments it is not receiving the same in IMS.
Could you please let me know if i am missing any config steps...

I think there is outbound email configured but not inbound. You need to configure inbound configuration in SRM with help of basis.
OSS notes 455140, 546147, 191470 will help you.
