Hi,

this cause: SO is not complete when Sales Order (SO) wants to DO.

Analysis: VA > click edit on the menu bar > incompletion log > then you'll get info like the picture below

Solution: complete the data in the incompletion log

hi,

this error is generated by the system when the subsequent document here the sales order is not complete, you have not provided with all the necessary inputs which make the document complete,what all fields that u have included in the incompletion log have not been given,so the system throws that error and it does not allow further processing of the next document unless the sales order is complete.

go to VA02edit-incompletion log---complete the details.

Hi,

In SAP the settings are made such you cannot proceed for further processing keeping a previous document incomplete. The essence of marking a document incomplete is to ensure that all the required data as per the business requirement is provided.

So while creating if you re getting this message means, check the order first. you can see that in incompletion log. Fill in the required details and finally you get a message that order is complete. Now try doing the delivery. You should be through.

Hi Amar,

In the delivery document menu bar choose Edit -> Incompleteness Log and the system would tell you the reason behind the error message. You might have to enter values in some fields after which you can save the order.

hi,

when u r getting error like that, try to save that document, u will get a pop up that your document is incomplete, would you like to save or edit or cancel.

select edit option, where u have missed out, it shows that option, u complete those requirements, ur document will be automatically saved without errors.
