HR integration with SRM

Hi,

I have some simple questions about the HR integration with SRM. Can someone please answer them?

1) I understand we can replicate the Org structure (org units) from HR. What about positions / central persons etc? Do they also come from HR?

2) Do we have to create user ids in the SRM system?

What i am looking for is simple high level steps for the process.
