'Quantities cannot be converted for the material' when doing Batch Determ.

Hi,

When i doing the Batch Determination for my sales order item...

Edit-->Batch determination...

Below error msg popuped....How to resolve this??

As actually all the unit have already been maintained to the same UNIT: KG

also in the Material master data..etc.

So where is the problem??

Diagnosis
The quantity or quantities could not be converted from one unit of measure to another because the specified alternative unit of measure cannot be converted to the base unit of measure.


Procedure
Specify the conversion factors for the alternative unit of measure in the material master record Y-500-004.

Hi,

Go to MM02

Go to Basic data 1 Screen, Go to Additional Data here In unit of Measure

Here maintain the Alternative Unit of Measure as KG and Save.
