Do you mean XI_AF_MSG?
XI_AF_MSG table is part of the java schema so it is not exist in the Data Dictionary,
You can create a Z-table in the ABAP that define exactly like XI_AF_MSG and to manually create a trigger in the DB for any insert, update & delete command on the table,
This is not something that SAP will support on, And i don't know what will be the influence on your performances,
