you can find customer into
VL02N/VL03N
Goto>Header Details>Partners you can find customer.
For sales area i don't have idea.

VL02N is for outbound delivery. The method you have given is for outbound delivery.
But i want to know how to get details for Inbound delivery.
U can look in PO in Account assigment TAB, double click at Sales order and you can see in sales order the sales area.
