SYSFAIL in QUEUE

Former Member

Hi, well i have no clue. Last Days everythings works fine, now nothing runs through XI.

In SXMB_MONI i get "Message recorded (with commit) but no success in delevering.

After checking Inbound Queue (SMQ2) i got this message:

100 XBTI0001 1 SYSFAIL 15.08.2007 10:23:31 15.08.2007 10:23:31 sapru02_DX1_00

After checking this i get the pop-up (german unfortunately):

Vorsatznummer: Eintrag für System SSID, CLNT 100 fehlt.

sth like: Missing entry for System SSID, CLNT 100.

Can somebady help? i already tried to restart the messages via RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES or RSQIWKEX but nothing helps.

Whats up with this system because the error describes that for this system the entry is missing....

br Jens

Ok, after doing the Cache-Connectivity test i get some errors:

Unable to notify integration runtime (Java) of data changes

http connection to "http://sapru02:50000/run/value_mapping_cache/ext?method=invalidateCache&mode=Invalidate" returns the status code "401" in response

Unable to notify integration runtime (ABAP) of data changes

http connection to "http://sapru02:8000/sap/xi/cache?sap-client=100" returns the status code "401" in response

i read about in Michal's HTTP-Error guide but don't see any points to do all the action mentioned - especially retyping passwords etc. - because i changed nothing, and there is no one else on the system!

Hi Jens.

check with transaction SUIM -> User -> By Logon Date and password change, if there are some locked system users.

Ok first of all: thanks to u all!

in SICF all services aren't available, no idea why. I tested the services cache etc. but no page is shown. So everything on port 8000 is not available....

In SUIM no users where locked!

Jens,

delete the RFC Destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI and re-create it, the use must be PIISUSER.

If this will not help, try to apply this note:

Note 764176 - Error in XI due to inconsistent SLD contents

Hope this help

Hello Jens.

try to see if the queues are registered, you can use TCode SMQR.

Hi Francesco,

no in XI system there is nothing in SM58!

...

When i check Cache Notifications in IB:Directroy there is one thing that's is strange because the Status if the cache is updated is in Started (yellow) for Integration Server (ABAP Cache).

Do someone has an idea? i already tried to refresh the cache but with no success....

Hi Jens,

check the RFC Destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI.

Additionally i suggest you to have a look to this document to manage queues:

Hi Francesco,

well after checking all the parts of the Cache-Paper that u listed everything seems to be fine.

Well the main problem is that XI gets the messages (from R3 or FTP and so on) but the message isn't send to the traget system.

i only see the inbound-message in SXMB_MONI, nothing else. Message is recorded (green flag)....

what is the problem?!

Jens,

One small check...

Check following RFC destination working fine in XI....

AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER

AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER

If not then..just restart your J2EE engine..

This problem normally comes when JCO failes...

Hi Jens,

Check in the SLD if the XI technical system of type Exchange Infrastructure is ok.

It must contain:

- Adapter Engine

- Domain

- Integration Directory

- Integration Repository

- Integration Server

- RWB

If everything is fine check in the SLD the business system related to your XI.

If something is wrong correct it and re import this business system in Integration Directory.

You can also follow the Readiness Check (Note 817920 - XI Readiness Check)

Hi guys, after a view days of being away i found the error in AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER, the connection-test is not working. Do i have to recreate it and everything seems to work fine?

Funny thing is that the cache refresh now works properly - but i haven't done a thing...
