Deleting messages in status 021 (manually cancelled)

Hi all,

I am currently cleaning up our XI test environment (PI 7.0) since the whole system reacts slowly. From RSXMB_SHOW_REORG_STATUS I get:

"Asynchr. msgs not in retention period (can be deleted): 290.308"

From table SXMSPMAST I can see the status of all these messages is 021 (manually cancelled).

How do I delete these messages?

I have tried most of the RSXMB* reports without luck. They are not picked up by the archiving process set up either.

Hi Kenneth,

Did u try to run the archive job after giving the below parameter in Integration Engine Configuration ---> Specific Configuration (sxmb_adm)

Hi Kumar,

I guess you mean category ARCHIVE? Yes, I have tried with this parameter both set to 1 and 0, but no difference, the archive or delete jobs do not pick up the 290000 messages.

Any other hints?
