Emailing Earlywatch Alert Reports

Hi,

I want to setup emailing of my Earlywatch alert reports in a Solman 4.0 system.

I go to the Solution Manager Overview screen.

Select a solution.

Go to menu option:<i> Edit </i>and then want to click <i>Automatic E-mail Transition</i> , but for some reason the option is blanked out!

Emailing works fine from this system otherwise and EWA's are being generated in the system.

Any advice or reason why the option is blanked out?

Did you just select the checkbox for the solution or go into the solution? You need to be in the solution for it to work.
