how to install sap on aix /db2 machines

hi can any body tell me the procedure clearly how to install sap on aix/db2 machines.

i have extensive experience of installing on windows mchine. so can anybody tell me about installation on aix machines upto opening of sapinst file. because once this is opened all the next steps are same as windows .

so can any body explain me just the preinstallation steps for aix.

for eg:

1. increasing swap

2. instlling java

3. giving write permissions to all folders

All of the preparatory steps -- for example, setting up file systems, swap space, AIX kernel settings, etc. -- can be found in the Installation Guide at http://service.sap.com/instguides.
