VBO1 - condition type group is incomplete

Hi,

I created a rebate agreement (VBO1) with a Zxxx Agreement type by giving rebate recipient, validty dates and entering a material in 'conditions' with a 'zxyz' condition type. it successfully creates the agreement and displays the agreement number.

However, if i try to display, it throws an error saying 'Agreement type Zxxx: Condition type group is incomplete'.

i found out that the 'KOBOG' field in KONA - Agreements is showing empty for this zxxx agreement type for those agreements for other z agr.types its getting populated .

Please let me know if you have any hints. your help is appreciated.

thanks for your prompt response. config looks fine. condition type group is not populating in KONA. this could be one of the several problems.

Hi,

Please do check your configuration setting for Rebate agreements in IMG -Sales and Distribution -Billing -REbate Agreements.

Try to find the text for the KOBOG field in KONA.
