Hello all,
I configured a RFC Adapter communication channel for an Integration Scenario.
At field "Adapter Engine" under Parameters tap I am not able to select the Integration Server. Pull down menu is empty.
At similar configured IDoc Adapter under the same Service I am able to select an Integration Server.
How can i solved the problem in the RFC Adapter communication channel?
Many thanks in advanced!
Regards,
Jochen
Hi All,
the problem was related to missing some Associations under Contend Maintenance for the Integration Server.
After implementing again, the problem was solved!

Jochen

1. Re-import SAP BASIS SWCV 7.0 into Integration repository
2. Apply SAP Note 764176.

Hi ,
See whether your adapter is begin configured in the adapter engine
if it is configured u can see green as status on that particular adapter
you can see that in runtime workbench

Hi Nilesh,
SLDCHECK without any errors but i received at Integration Directory under menu Environment\Cache Notifications following error notification.
Unable to determine the name of the central Adapter Engine from the System Landscape Directory at this time. Notifications to the central Adapter Engine are therefore listed using the technical name of the Adapter Engine. This is usually structured as follows: af.<SAP System ID>.<Name of application server>
Do you have any idea what could the cause of this notification?

Jochen
Hi Jochen,
Can you please check following parameters in sxmb_adm on your application server.
Goto TC : sxmb_adm...select Integration Engine configuration n check whether you have maintained global configuration data as
Role of Business System : Application system
and Corresponding Integ. Server : http://xi hostname:port/sap/xi/engine?type=entry
Also check if you have created following RFC destinations:
1. INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI(H)
2.LCRSAPRFC (TCP/IP)
3.SAPSLDAPI
