Maintain output determination for sales documents:
1. Maintain condition tables.
2. Maintain Access sequences and assign the table to it.
3. Maintain the condition type and assign the access sequence to the condition type.
Condition type :
AF00-inquiry
AN00-quotation
BA00-order confirmation
4. Assign output types to partner functions
5. Maintain output determination procedure and assign the output types to the same.
6. Assign output determination procedures
Allocate sales document header - select the sales document type - output determination procedure - output type.
Assign sales document items - select the item category and assign the output determination procedure to the same.
When you assign the output determination procedure to the sales document header then you will see header details and all the items. In short whole document. When you assign the output determination procedure to the item category then individual output of the items in the sales order will be displayed.
7. VV11-maintain condition record for the output type for sales documents. Here you select for the customer, the output type and the communication method that is the printer. Save it.
SIMILARLY CARRY OUT OUTPUT DETERMINATION PROCEDURE FOR SALES ACTIVITIES AND BILLING DOCUMENTS.
Output condition record maintenance:

VV11 Sales document
VV21 Shipping
VV61 Handling unit
VVG1 Groups
VV71 Shipments
VV31 Billing document
VV51 Sales activities.
NOTE: In step no. 3 where you define the output condition type, you have to assign the print program and the form to the output type. Print program makes the system know the logic of the fields where the data is captured from like fields and tables. Forms mean how the layout should look like when you take out the print out.

IMG-logistics execution-shipping-basic shipping functions-output control-output determination-Maintain output determination for outbound deliveries/maintain output determination for inbound deliveries/Maintain output determination for handling units/Maintain output determination for Groups.
