Hi All,

We are inm ECC6.0, All order and invoices are struck in SCOT, were not moving to users end. I am getting the below error.

The message (or part of it) could not be converted into a format that the node accepts. This is what may have happened:

You did not configure any formats acceptable to the node.

You did not configure a conversion function for converting this format into a format acceptable to the node.

The conversion function terminated.

The message contents could not be read.

The internal structure of the message is invalid.

please assist me in this regard.

hello Praveen,

Check the supported format settings in SCOT for SMTP node. Double click on the node. Next a pop up comes look for pushbutton Internet. Click on it and then look for supported formats. What all formats are mentioned there. Is the format you using for the mail mentioned there ? If no please add it.

Also in SCOT under settings check Conversion rules.

I could not fine any button with that popup window named internet. please give me the name of the button where i have to check for formats?
