sap_all_display problem

Hi

My server is SAP 4.6c

Am create a one user with role sap_all_display

But when I enter SPRO, SU53, and some tcodes it will give error massage u r not authorized I check sap_all_display role in that menu is red color .

pls tell me how create the spro display in 4.6c

Hello kiran,

Menu is in red color simply because the transactional access is given not through menu but through s_tcode. So this is pretty normal.

In SAP_ALL_DISPLAY access is not given to transactions that start with S so this explains why SPRO,SU53 etc is missing. You will have to add them manually in s_tcode. But even this may not be sufficient. You also need to look for authorization object attached with these t codes- Check Su24 for that purpose.
