Problem with JCO connecton on EP7.0

Hi Friends,

I have created a JCO connection perfectely on EP7.0. When i am trying to deploy my Webdynpro component of ESS business package i am getting an error.

Accessing System IDS(Available on ECC 6.0) is not possible because RFC Metadata was retrieved using System EC2( available on Ecc 5.0). Please assure you have configured the RFC Connections properly. A Server restart may be necessary!

but i have created the JCO connection with IDS system on SAP_R3_HumanResources and SAP_R3_HumanResourcesMetaData .

but i am wondering like why this error is showing with EC2 system.

Apart form this i have one Doubt. Does it required to create the R\3 System object on Potal system while creating JCO connections successfully?

we must create both or creating Successful JCO connections enough to acces the R/3 system( Human Resources )

Hi

I think you need to configure the System and with aliases that refers to your

SAP -WAS and maintain the WAS properties and SAP system properties and also make sure that u have given correct data while configuring both the Jco's.
