Hi,

When doing sales order in T.C-VA01.from where the system will copy LOAD ID .

the combination of load ID i know .

But how is the new

LOAD ID number comminfg to the sales order when creating sales order every time

please tell me how the LOAD ID number is comming there .

Hi,

I think the automatic load id determination is switched on and thus the system finds a valid load id and assigns it. Please check the customising of Load Id in the below link

Industry Solution Oil & Gas (Downstream) ---> TD (Transportation and Distribution) ---> TAS (Terminal Automation System Interface) --> Define load ID (LID) types and assign control structures. Here ALA should be switched off to avoid automatic load id determination.

Check the customising for the Load ID type and Control structure type which is getting assigned in the sales order. Hope this helps.
