Hi,

I am creating the forms in se71. When iam writing the Text elements for the windows, it is showing the word format(i believe it should show the table format), when i am going back it is giving the message Text elements r transfrerred and then activated that. But when iam going to page layout, i am not able to see the Text content.

Hi Rams,

To get the table format, do as follows.

1) Goto SE71

2) From menu Settings -> Form Painter

3) Under SAP Script tab, Uncheck the Graphical PC Editor under PC Editor.

Hi,

From the Text Element screen

click on GOTO-> change editor.It will show the correct editor.

Here u can see line by line editor.

For running a script, you should use a <b>driver program</b>.

But you can test the layout,you can click on <b>UTILITIES->Printing Test</b> or <b>UTILITIES->Page Layout</b>

Hi..

SAP Script Text elements can be created using two types of Editors.

1. Graphical PC editor (The one that you can see)

2. Text editor

You can switch of the Graphical Editor so that the Text editor comes.

For that use this menu path:

Settings -> Form Painter -> Deselect the Checkbox "Graphical PC editor".

Now you open the Text elements of any window. and see the Text editor.

From the Text editor

from MENU

GOTO-> change editor

it will show the correct ediotr

so that you can write your Text elements properly with proper command in the left side of the line (like /E)

do this and write and see
