Unable to uninstall MaxDB

Iam trying to uninstall MaxDB, and I received this error message:

"The minimum required free space is 170MB, your DB has only 57MB free space."

I did some research on this forum and found out the solution:

"OSS note 599129"

I dont have access to OSS as Iam still a beginner learning N/W and I dont what is there in there.

Could somebody please tell me in detail what I need to do inorder to uninstall MAXDB?
