Retail chain of customer

Hi Gurus,

To define the retail chain process in which One national level customer is having state--> city --> store respectively, to control the credit limit which is for customer of city A of state X should only for A not to be availed by B of same state X

I have a solution of it to create each indvidual as sold to party and its Ship to party need to assign each sold to party above the chain.

My problem is how can I keep the control on master guardian to avoid mistakes like mapping of store P,Q,R are belong same state but different City

Ajit, the solution you think of having one sold to party and various ship to parties is prone to errors.

Follow Customer Heirarchy and set the credit limit check at the customer heirarchy if you need any other help let me know.

I think you can do with customer hierarchy.... try with that..
