Rest password

Hi guys,

Any one can help me with this please ::

I wanna create user and give that user just autherization (su01) to rest the password just reset password not to create or delete users ?? any chance to do that . I tried with PFCG and SU02 but coudnt do it.

Hello Rankan

Give the user Su01 only and then just give it access to followin auth objects:

s_tcode: value Su01

A_user_grp: activity 02, 05, user group: of your choice.

I think 02 will be needed but first try with activity 05 only.

thank you for reply ,yes its working now with 5 but the problem is the user still has can lock which i dont want as i explain be4 i want user just rest the password.

Hello Rakan,

Sorry but there is no specific activity for password reset. It goes hand in hand with user lock/unlock.
