Dear experts,

We have the urgent problem that is we can not connect to SAP A.G.

Before this , we can connect the SAP A.G without any problem .

we have 3 sap servers : DEV , QA , PRD .

The saprouter is installed on DEV this server .

P 194.117.xxx.xxx 192.168.38.23 3299 #conexiones de SAP a dev

P 194.117.xxx.xxx 192.168.38.23 3299 #conexiones de SAP a qa

P 194.117.xxx.xxx 192.168.38.20 3229 #conexiones de SAP a prd

my saprouter string is defined in the sap website :

/H/192.168.38.23/S/3299

/H/192.168.38.20/S/3229

i already test the tcp/ip port in these server ( use telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx port ) .

but the saprouter status from sap website showed :

Host did not respond 1 times

Many thanks !

Carlos

Hi all,

I,ve got a similar problem.

I've just set up my SAProuter on a DMZ server and I can reach via telnet connection on port 3299 all my systems:

from saprouter to R/3 system

from saprouter to SAP

from R/3 system to saprouter

from R/3 system to SAP

I can open Service Connection succesfully with SAPServiceConnector.exe.

On Service Connection webpage I can see "SAProuter status" connected, but after few minutes i get "Host did not respond 1 times" until connection is cancelled.

any suggestions?

thanks in advance.

I solve my problem: even if i get "Host did not respond" SAP support has reached my servers. Maybe it could be related to the fact ICMP packets are dropped by my firewall.

Thanks!

Check, if your firewall is working correctly and not blocking incoming connections to your saprouter.
