I get a pop up when log in to portal

Hello

Can any one help me when I login into the potal with the same login of that of SRM server.

System pops up me a small window asking to enter the user id and password.when enter the same it says invalid login.

Can anyone tell me how to deactivate the popup message, and able to get into portal.

Hi,

It seems your Enterprise Portal login is not mapped correctly to your SRM Login.Also see the foll related note:

have a look and check the SSO config in Portal.

Ask your admin to help you.
