what is best way in sap to make a transaction web enabled?
Is it through BSP, ITS, iView, web dynpro java, webdynpro abap?

If you have a Portal the best way will be an iview, but if you don't have a portal then you best shot will be installing standalone ITS or use the integrates ITS depending on the version of your SAP system.
