LSMW for BBPGETVD

Hi,

I need to replicate 1000+ vendors from R/3 to SRM. I am trying to create an object for transferring vendors from R/3 to SRM (bbpgetvd).

I have an issue with this, because object is running "too fast". For every second vendor the object tries the replicate, the organizational unit is blocked from the previous vendor.

Does anyone have any experience in how this can be solved?

<b>LSMW is not recommended by SAP for <u>BBPGETVD</u> transaction.</b>

Please enquire the same by raising a customer OSS message with SAP as well.

Why are you using LSMW instead of BBPGETVD if you are replicated vendors from R/3 ?

This is standard way !

Hi Yann,

I don't know. What do you mean by doing it by middleware? How do I do that?

The reason why I do it with LSMW is because the list of vendors that I need to replicate is mixed (the vendor numbers are not in order).

So I have to run BBPGETVD a lot of times to replicate all the vendors.

What about using BADI BUPA_FURTHER_CHECKS to add your own filter ?
