Dear all , what is the basic diffrence b/w VF04&VF05N.

hi,

vf04-this is billing due list(not yet billed doc)

vf05-list of billing docs(already billed)

VF04-----> Billing Due list

VF05n---> List of billing documents

Hi Ram,

[VF04] is to select documents that are to be invoiced or billed.

[VF05N] is to view billing document already created.

Hi Used to generate a list of all documents billed

Transaction VF05 - used to lists by Customer master & Material Master.

While transaction VF04 displays items 'to be billed'.
