how to send alert messages

yes, its possible to send alert message to all users using mail server in metric and alert service.

Yes you can use the Metrtic and Alert services, but this is a better job for business logic. Also, active portal 9metrics) can't distinguish if a user is logged in or not

Click on SAP xApps on the top

Click on xMII on the Right navigation panel
