What is TOU Readings?Is it possible to estimate TOU readings plus the ability to estimate the consumption when TOU data is missing for a interval read period?
Utility company charges the consumers based on time. The consumption data is stored with respect to interval say 15 min. You can estimate the missing reading (extrapolated or interpolated) based on your requirements like linear, maximum, minimum etc.
