ST-SER - Solution Manager 4.0

Hi all,

Can we update ST-SER directly from ST-SER 700_2005_2 to ST-SER 700_2007_1 and it was successful. Can we do in such manner or we have to also import ST-SER 700_2006_1 and ST-SER 700_2006_2 with patches.....

Hi Ajay,

You can use SAINT to update ST_SER directly to ST-SER 700_2007, if in the future you need to update ST-SER 700_2007_1 to ST-SER 700_2007_X just use SPAM to update the patch level.

yes... the way it works is the you bring the component from ST-SER 700_2005 to ST-SER 700_2007 using SAINT and the you update the patch level using SPAM...
