Workflow items deleted

Hi All,

We have implemented n-step SC approval 14000133(SRM 5.5). The workflow works fine, however for certain SC's the system throws a dump with message

"The following error text was processed in the system SRM : Work item 000000000000 cannot be read

The error occurred on the application server srmdev00_SRM_01 and in the work process 1 .

The termination type was: ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

Module: LIMIT_D_MAP_PBO of program SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS"

In the tx. sm21, there are no details, there is no worklfow log also to debug.

Any inputs will be appreciated.

Hi Atul,

Thanks for the inputs.

There are no limit items in SC. The SC has materials assigned to CC and GL and there are no errors, during the object check.

In BBP_PD, there is no workflow trace.

You may like to use OSS note 954135 on how to debug workflow using BADI.

Hi Yeu Sheng,

Workflow is working as expected, I guess due to some change in approvers and SC details while the workflow is active, the system deletes the workflow items.

I am still trying to check the cause.
